Haven’t updated this in a while,

126 pounds! only 6 pounds to go. i do not know how i was lugging around 59 extra pounds on my back.

Of course your stomach is going to hurt, and of course you are going to feel hungry and want food, why? because your stomach is getting smaller, but hold through with this pain, you’ll make it to the end, and it sure as hell will be worth it. Tuesday May 5 @ 06:54am

breakfast/lunch ;

sandwich that had

turkey ; 60 cals.

cheese ; 50 cals.

little mayo ; 45 cals.

lettuce ; 2 cals.

2 pcs bread ; 70 cals ea.

dinner ;

half of sandwich ;

turkey ; 35 cals.

cheese ; 30 cals.

mayo ; 30 cals.

bread ; 70 cals.

anything else i ate ;

chocolate ( little mistake ) 150 cals.

few bites noodles : 200 cals?

exercise: 20 mins on eliptical burned 200 calories.

including what i drank about 760 calories. not including exercise. i’m okay with today.
